Professional Biography
Susan is an accomplished communications professional with more than 25 years of experience as an editor, writer, and program manager. She comes to NAELA with expertise from both the nonprofit and private sectors, managing communications for organizations including the American String Teachers Association, the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, Healthy Directions LLC, and the American Institute for Cancer Research. Susan has a BBA in marketing from James Madison University and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives. She is an active volunteer, currently leading the parent association for the Arlington Tigers boys' gymnastics team.
