The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) is dedicated to improving the quality of legal services provided to older adults and people with disabilities.

NAELA's Vision: We envision a day when all older adults, people with disabilities, and their families have the legal, health, social, and financial care they need to live their best lives.
NAELA will shape, support, and inspire the national legal community.
