NAELA Celebrates National Disability Employment Awareness Month in October

Washington, DC — The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys joins the U.S. Department of Labor in celebrating more than 70 years of disability inclusion this October through National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM). The theme of this year’s NDEAM is “The Right Talent, Right Now.”

NAELA member attorneys assist the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as their families. In addition to preparing special needs trusts for clients, NAELA member attorneys advocate for the protection of these vulnerable populations from workplace and age discrimination.
