Robert W. Haley is Managing Attorney of The Estate and Elder Law Centers of Central/Southside, Virginia with offices in Lynchburg and Danville. Haley is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) and is the only CELA in his practice areas in Virginia. Haley has also been accepted into the Council for Advanced Practitioners (CAP) of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). A native of Virginia, he serves on the Board and is a Charter Member of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He also has been nominated by his peers as Super Lawyer in the Elder Law field for more than fifteen years and has attained an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble®.
