Ms. Williams devotes her practice to helping clients solve complex planning issues, including those that arise with aging and with the cost of care associated with long term disabilities.

Ms. Williams is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Elder Counsel, and has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for Veteran’s Claims.
Professional Biography
Attorney Kathryn M. Williams, “Kate,” graduated cum laude from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2004. Ms. Williams went on to study law at the University of Dayton School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 2007.

Ms. Williams began her legal career as a criminal prosecutor, representing victims of crime on behalf of the State of Ohio. In 2011, Ms. Williams turned her practice focus to elder law, estate planning, trusts, special needs planning, and Veteran’s Benefits.
