Professional Biography
Jessica Rooks runs a thriving Elder Law and Estate Planning firm in rural Northeast Missouri. Jessica chose to open a solo small firm after law school and focusing on the specialty areas of Elder Law and Estate Planning with the aim of serving the needs of rural Missouri. Since opening her practice in 2012, Jessica has served as the first circuit Juvenile attorney, has been profiled in Missouri Lawyer’s Media, and was named an Up and Coming young attorney for the Missouri Bar Weekly in 2018, and has held numerous community seminars and information sessions on Estate and Long-Term Care Planning. Outside of her practice, Jessica has worked extensively with local charities, been nominated for the Kirksville Young Professionals Top 5 under 40 award and has served on the board of her local chapters of the Chamber of Commerce, HUD and YMCA.
