Professional Biography
Kirsten is an accomplished and results driven senior executive with over 25 years of experience leading and building businesses. Her responsibilities include strategically planning and leading NAELA’s membership and educational departments and programs. She continuously works closely with NAELA staff, it’s Board and volunteers to ensure NAELA’s achieves its mission of delivering member value. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, business & program development, organizational analysis, and executing business plans, with experience from non-profit to fortune 50 companies. When not planning at work, Kirsten enjoys planning family and friend get together events and meals and going on adventures with her husband and two sons.
