Professional Biography
Bryan Adler is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation. With Rothkoff Law Group, he dedicates his Elder Law practice to advising and counseling clients in the areas of elder law, life care planning, asset protection, veterans’ benefits, estate planning, guardianships, and long-term care advocacy for both Pennsylvania and New Jersey residents. Bryan received his BS in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University and his Juris Doctor from Drexel University. He is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is also a Veterans Administration accredited attorney. Bryan is a member of the Crossroads Hospice Ethics Board and a member of the Penn’s Village Advisory Council, an Elder Village serving seniors in Philadelphia. Bryan regularly speaks with elder care professionals on topics such as life care planning, care coordination, Medicaid, veterans’ benefits, and estate and asset protection planning.
