About Practice
Judy managed her own practice from 2004-2016, before joining the team at Falco & Associates, where she continues to advocate for elders and their families in all aspects of elder law, estate planning, and special needs planning. Judy served on the Board of MassNAELA for several years, and as President in 2014. She is currently co-chair of NAELA’s State Advocates Committee, connecting members and chapters in their advocacy efforts. Judy served two terms as President of the Massachusetts Guardianship Association (2010-2011). She was honored as a "Top Woman of Law" by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as well as numerous other professional awards including New England & Massachusetts Super Lawyer designations (2013-2020). Judy earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts at Boston (summa cum laude) and her JD from Suffolk University Law School (cum laude), where she earned the American Jurisprudence Award in Administrative Law. Judy and her husband, Bill, have 3 children.
