CT NAELA Presents their Fall Seminar. Join other Elder Law Attorneys for the day to catch up on developments. Topics include changes to Medicare including the ACA., annuities, functional and financial eligibility classifications for home care coverage, durable powers of attorney and the drafting and selection of various gifting clauses, legislative initiatives in CT and how to effectively prepare and present a case for a Fair Hearing.
