New Jersey NAELA UnProgram 2024
What’s the Un-Program All About? This will be an entirely interactive day. The program is structured in small break-outs for 8-12 participants each, organized around particular topics with a facilitator in each room. The major tracks will be Trusts & Real Estate; Business Management & Planning; Medicaid; Guardianship; and Chancery Litigation. The cost is $85 for NJ NAELA members, $99 for non-members
In each time slot, there will be four 1-1/2 hour breakout sessions, with 5 topic choices. The small group structure allows for lots of discussion and brainstorming and problem solving for the participants. There will also be an hour at the end of the afternoon for people to informally create their own additional break-out, and at 5 or 5:30 we’ll have a Happy Hour get together on the premises.
In each topic area, these break-outs will discuss practical steps as well as challenging issues people have encountered. You’ll have an opportunity in a small group to swap brief stories, get some how-to advice or provide advice to a colleague, and learn something you’ve been trying to learn.
