Professional Biography
Robert W. Haley is Managing Attorney of The Estate and Elder Law Center of Southside, Virginia with offices in Danville and Bassett. Haley is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) and is the only CELA in Southside Virginia. Haley has also been accepted into the Council for Advanced Practitioners (CAP) of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
A native of Bassett, he served on the Board and is a Charter Member of the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He also has been nominated by his peers as Super Lawyer in the Elder Law field for the last several years and has attained an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubble®.
