Estate planning. elder law, business planning, tax law. I have thirty years of experience practicing in the areas of estate planning and elder law. Practice areas include Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Wills, Financial Powers Of Attorney and Health Care Directives, Family Trusts, Legacy Trusts, Special Needs Trusts and planning for family members with disabilities, I also assist clients with Probate Administration, Trust Administration and establishing and managing LLCs for real estate holdings. In the area of Elder Law, I work with families where a spouse or other family member may need long term care at home or in a nursing facility, or where children may be providing care or making the decisions for elderly relatives. I will also accept cases where families need help with the nursing home and long term care Medicaid application process for a loved one. I can assist with probate and guardianship cases.
