Professional Biography
An honored graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, Jennifer is a member of the State Bars of Wisconsin and Minnesota. She is a frequent public speaker on topics such as long-term care planning, estate planning, powers of attorney, and trusts. Jennifer currently serves on several boards associated with the River Falls Area Hospital. She also serves the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) as Chair Elect and as an advisor to the State Bar of Wisconsin — Elder Law Section. Motivated to offer clients an uplifting and empowering experience, Jennifer founded O’Neill Elder Law, LLC, in 2010. Conscious of the individual and their personal value, Jennifer is dedicated to providing an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
