Professional Biography
Ruth-Ann is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation and Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Ruth-Ann serves as a board member of the Texas Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). She is also a member of Texas Bar College. Ruth-Ann has been recognized by Houstonia Magazine as one of Houston’s Top Lawyers three times.
