About the Practice
Julian Zebot is a partner in Maslon's Litigation Group and focuses his practice on fiduciary, trust, and elder law litigation. He has represented individual and business clients in both federal and state courts as well as arbitration proceedings, and has handled matters for clients at all stages of the litigation process, including trials and appeals.
Julian's fiduciary, trust, and elder law litigation practice has involved many different types of contested estate, trust, and probate matters, including will/trust contests (including claims of undue influence and diminished capacity), construction/interpretation disputes, accounting actions, breach of fiduciary duty claims, fiduciary removal actions, trust instruction proceedings, and creditor claims against estates. Within this practice, he has represented both institutions and individuals in a variety of contexts, including corporate and individual trustees, personal representatives, beneficiaries, heirs, and creditors.
