About the Practice
Melissa J. Crump is a partner with Crump Spurlock and has extensive experience in project management, business organization, and planning. Melissa focuses her legal practice in Elder Law and Estate Planning. She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and a JD from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Melissa is President of the NAELA Kentucky Chapter and the Incoming Chair of the Kentucky Bar Association’s Elder Section. She is active with local nursing facilities and is on the Advisory Board of a facility where they address the care and needs of the senior population. Ms. Crump is a national speaker in elder law, estate planning, and trust administration. Melissa focuses on: Estate Planning, Probate, Asset Protection and Medicaid Planning.
