Professional Biography
Crystal started at NAELA in 2018 where she enjoys helping members navigate their membership journey, from joining to enjoying all that NAELA has to offer. Her main duties include acting as a point of contact for member customer service concerns. She also takes consumer calls providing referrals to members, maintains the listserv, and interfaces with Chapters. Prior to NAELA, Crystal worked for the Association of American Law Schools and held various positions in the banking industry. Her favorite was as a teller, because of the interactions she had with her customers. A native Arkansan, she was accepted to the Arkansas School of Math, Science & the Arts where she boarded and attended high school for her last two years. She graduated from The University of Arkansas, majoring in Psychology and French, minoring in Anthropology. Crystal lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband and cats – Purly, Kraken, and Moose. She enjoys baking, cross-stitching, and game nights with friends.
