About the Practice
I practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning, estate administration and special needs planning. Unlike many elder law attorneys, I practice in a mid-sized civil law firm that gives me access to attorneys handling personal injury and commercial litigation, business and employment law, and real estate law. This allows me to offer clients a wider array of services and access to experienced practitioners who can handle matters outside those that I handle personally.
My work includes drafting wills, powers of attorney and asset protection trusts. I also handle estate and trust administration. I assist clients with Medicaid applications and the implementation of Medicaid asset protection strategies. Finally, I handle guardianship and fiduciary litigation matters.
