About the Practice
Katten Benson Zachry is a full service elder law firm dedicated to the human side of aging. We concentrate not only on the older adult, but assisting the entire family through what can be not only a difficult but also wonderful time in life.
Professional Biography
Monica is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) and has practiced exclusively in the area of Elder Law for her entire legal career. She is a 2002 graduate of Texas A&M University (Bachelor of Arts, History) and a 2005 graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law.) She currently serves on the Texas NAELA Chapter Board of Directors and is Chancellor for the Trinity Episcopal Church Foundation. Monica is also an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University School of Law, where she teaches Elder Law. At home, she spends most of her time refereeing between her three dogs, Gracie (the pit bull) and Diana and Alfie (the Cardigan Welsh corgis.)
