The NAELA Foundation promotes the goals of NAELA and the elder law and special needs planning profession through scholarships, advocacy, research, and education. Your gift will help us take action by funding the preparation of Amicus Briefs and for providing grants for regulatory advocacy and for litigation that provides opportunities to create good legal precedent for the communities that NAELA members serve.
