You Must Be Fully Vaccinated to Attend

NAELA welcomes anyone to the conference who has been fully vaccinated (according to the CDC guidelines in place at the time of the conference). While NAELA is not requiring proof of vaccination, review and acknowledgement of a Conference Code of Conduct will be required to complete the meeting registration. All registrants will be asked to confirm that they are fully vaccinated via the honor system when they process their registration for the conference. All attendees — including spouses, guests, and sponsors — will be required to always wear masks in the meeting space unless actively eating or drinking. A self-directed health questionnaire will be pushed out daily to attendees using the conference app/conference website to indicate whether someone should refrain from attending meetings. Social distancing will be strongly encouraged through room setups, signage, and verbal reminders from the podium. None of this is anyone’s preference, but we want to do everything possible to assure the safety of all participants at the event.
