Practice Management Workshop: How to Increase Profits with Less Stress

Learn what you didn’t in law school . . . how to run a profitable and satisfying law practice

Wednesday, April 29
This full-day program will focus on the business of a law practice. While many attorneys are experts in their subject matter, financial statements, budgeting, technology, cyber security, and HR are skills that weren’t taught in law school and aren’t a focus of many conferences. As a result, many elder law and special needs attorneys are drowning in the day-to-day running of the practice. They find they are short on time, stressed about the business, and making less money than they want. This program will give attendees much needed business skills and will provide tips and tricks to manage your practice more efficiently. Everyone from those new in practice to the most experienced practitioners will benefit from this workshop taught by legal practice management experts.
