Welcome to Northern and Southern California Chapters of NAELA

We are two communities of attorneys who specialize in handling the legal issues that affect older Americans and those with special needs. We believe in the importance of continuing legal education, advocacy and examining public policy issues in our mission to enhance the quality of life for older adults and persons with special needs. Our chapters support member attorneys throughout the state of California who are committed to the practice of Elder Law and Special Needs Planning Law.
