National Special Needs Law Month

What Is It?
In October, special needs planning attorneys throughout the country contribute to their communities by educating those with special needs, their families, and caregivers about their legal needs. By participating in National Special Needs Law Month, you can help spread the mission of NAELA — to establish NAELA members as leading providers of legal advocacy, guidance, and services to enhance the lives of those with disabilities.

Ways to Celebrate

We have put together a Special Needs Law Month Toolkit for NAELA members (sign-in required). You can reach out in a variety of ways that will benefit not just your community, but also your elder law and special needs planning practice.
