About Practice
Paul Premack is a Certified Elder Law Attorney whose practice focuses on Estate Planning for persons of all ages, on Probate, and on other Elder Law services. Paul has, since 1989, written a weekly column for Hearst Newspapers on legal matters of concern to the Senior community. He is also the author of "Thinking Beyond Tomorrow," now in Edition 9 (2023). Paul is certified as a Geriatric Scholar by the University of Texas Health Science Center, and was awarded Super Lawyer designation by Thompson-Reuters. Paul is licensed in Texas (210-826-1122) and in Washington State (206-905-1122).
