Description:  Scams and identity theft are huge problems in general, but hit the elder population particularly hard for many reasons.  There may even be a physiological basis for why seniors may be particularly susceptible to being scammed.  1 hour webinar begins at 11:00 AM EASTERN

After this webinar the attorney will:

  • Have increased awareness of the wide varieties of scams aimed at seniors
  • Have a better understanding of the physiological basis for why seniors may be particularly susceptible to being scammed
  • Be able to teach clients how to identify these scams and threats
  • Be able to inform clients as to specific steps to take to protect and defend themselves against such threats
