This interactive session will use actual CFPB case studies to learn about and discuss strategies regarding lay fiduciaries, exploitation in congregate settings, reverse mortgages and senior financial advisors. Audience members will play "choose the qualified senior financial advisor" when confronted with common marketing materials presented to older consumers.
