Description: The Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) settings rule issued in March 2014 is designed to provide HCBS participants with the full benefits of community living and reduce isolation, while encouraging choice and independence. This session will give NALEA members a deeper understanding of the rule and the implementation process. The webinar will also discuss how NAELA members can protect, promote, and support their clients' rights, quality of care and quality of life as the new rule gets implemented in their state.
