NAELA Celebrates National Estate Planning Awareness Week
National Association for Elder Law and Special Needs Planning Attorneys Emphasizes Importance of Estate Planning

— National Estate Planning Awareness Week is October 16-22, 2017. The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) celebrates this week by highlighting the importance of assisting clients and their families in meeting their retirement, long-term care, and special needs planning goals while addressing issues of family dynamics.

“NAELA member attorneys can teach clients and their families about best practices on estate planning, both in crisis mode and preemptive planning for Veterans’ benefits, digital assets, estate tax planning, advance health care and financial directives, and Social Security planning,” said NAELA President Hyman G.
