NAELA John J. Regan Writing Award

This award is presented to the author of the best article published in NAELA Journal during the previous year. It is presented in memory of John J. Regan, a founding NAELA member, a Past President, a NAELA Fellow, and a pioneer in elder law. Professor Regan helped establish NAELA’s character and its ethical and holistic culture. The award is meant to encourage quality submissions to NAELA Journal from members and non-members.
