Dale M. Krause, J.D., LL.M., is the President and CEO of Krause Financial Services—a firm that specializes in asset preservation solutions through the use of Medicaid Compliant Annuities, Long-Term Care Insurance, and other insurance products. Although Dale began his career as an estate planning and elder law attorney, he eventually left his practice to pursue the design and development of the Medicaid Compliant Annuity before establishing Krause Financial Services. Dale was the first person to bring this revolutionary product to market for attorneys nationwide, thereby earning the distinction of the “Pioneer of Medicaid Compliant Annuities.”
