Attorney Blaine Brockman is a passionate advocate for improving the quality of life for people with special needs and the elderly. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, he operated Brockman Legal Services, a small firm law practice dedicated to special needs law and elder law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Academy of Special Needs Planners (ASNP).
Blaine is Vice-Chair of the Elder and Special Needs Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association. He also chairs the Probate and Elder Law Committee of the Central Ohio Association for Justice. Blaine is very involved in his community, serving on the board of the Community Housing Network (CHN) in Columbus, Ohio. CHN provides permanent supportive housing for people with severe mental illness, and others at-risk of homelessness.
