Designed by NAELA Past Presidents, the Advanced Elder Law Review Program offers 14 advanced-level sessions in elder law education.
VA Accreditation Workshop (separate registration required)
Thursday, November 14, 2019, 8:00 - 11:30 am
This three-hour program fulfills both the initial as well as the ongoing CLE requirements for VA accreditation pursuant to 38 CFR 14.629(b)(1)(iii) and (iv).
NAELA's Faculty Development Program: How to Put On a Conference that Everyone Wants to Attend (complimentary to all Summit registrants; pre-registration required)

Organizing a conference from the ground up requires a tremendous amount of planning and data gathering. This 1.5 hour workshop is a "must attend" for those who plan chapter meetings, community events and/or want to know more about getting involved in planning NAELA conferences.

MCLE Information
Continuing legal education credit has been applied for in every state that has mandatory continuing legal education requirements and NAELA has been routinely granted for past conferences. State boards have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses, and hours of approval will vary from state to state. Below are the hours per program that NAELA has sought CLE accreditation for:
2019 Summit - 12 to 14 general hours and 2.0 ethics
2019 Advanced Elder Law Review (AELR) 14 to 17 general hours and 1.0 ethics
2019 VA Accreditation - 3 hours
