Description: Join this national town hall to learn about the successes and challenges of states with legislation that focuses on financial exploitation of older adults and people with disabilities. The first part of this town hall will include speakers that discuss legislative changes in their states and the second part of the town hall answer questions while inviting participants to share how their state is addressing financial exploitation of older adults.
Presenters: Panelists from three NAELA members, Christopher Smith (Michigan chapter), Melissa Abu-Adas (New Jersey chapter, and Shannon Miller (Florida chapter).
