About the Practice
Professional Biography
S. Clinton Nix is a sole practitioner concentrating in elder law with his primary areas of practice being guardianships, probate, wills, trusts, estate planning, VA benefits and Medicaid planning. His practice covers a geographic area of a 150-mile radius of Abilene, Texas. For 5.5 years, his father was in a nursing home suffering from Parkinson's. The result is that Clinton had to put into practice for his family what he advises for his clients regarding financial, medical, and estate planning.
S. Clinton Nix practices Elder Law in Abilene, Texas serving clients in West Texas for 38 years. He is a past president of the Texas Chapter of NAELA. He received his J. D. From South Texas College of Law in Houston in 1983, and his B.B.A. from Baylor University in 1980. He is a member of the Abilene and Texas Bar Associations.
