Veterans Administration Certification
The Veterans Administration (VA) accreditation program exists to ensure that Veterans and their family members receive appropriate representation on their VA benefit claims. VA accreditation is for the purpose of preparing, presenting, and prosecuting claims before the VA. This three-hour course fulfills both the initial, as well as the ongoing, CLE requirements for VA accreditation pursuant to 38 CFR 14.629(b)(1)(iii) and (iv). This session will also include some real-life examples of planning options for your clients. Presented by Michael Weeks, CELA, The Weeks Group, LLC, St. Charles, Missouri
