Amici Curiae of Indiana NAELA Chapter

The Indiana NAELA Chapter helped secure a court victory on a special needs trust case. The Indiana Court of Appeals overturned a case where the lower court judge attempted to limit the amount of funds that could go into a special needs trust. The funds had resulted from a post-trial personal injury settlement. The Indiana NAELA Chapter submitted an amicus brief in support of the appellant.
