Give Now

Your gifts are essential to advancing our cause of using advocacy, litigation, education and scholarships to safe-guard the interests and benefits of people as they age and people with special needs. The legislative and regulatory environment is volatile and there are ongoing issues that need your support. Without your help we couldn't expand our efforts to:

  • Protect Veterans' benefits, Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security
  • Spearhead changes for fairness in Special Needs Trusts
  • Work to keep those who need care in the community
  • Provide educational opportunities for elder law and special needs planning attorneys
  • Award scholarships and grants

Give today and help stand up for those who need us most.

The Foundation's Advocacy Now campaign will help ensure we have the resources we need to educate members of Congress and the Administration on proposals that could harm elder law and special needs planning clients. Moreover, because NAELA has strengthened its reputation during the last few years as a bipartisan organization that can offer subject matter expertise on these issues, we hope to become a part of the larger conversation, working toward solutions that protect our clients.

A generous NAELA member issued a matching challenge to all other NAELA members. Starting with donations given at the annual conference in Boston this April, this member matched all donations dollar for dollar until we reached our goal of $10,000, which happened in just a few short weeks, so we're not done!  Give today to match our new challenge of $20,000, for a total of $30,000 in new donations to our new Advocacy Fund.
  • 93% of our goal reached
  • 18,655 total $ received

Help us reach our new goal of $20,000 together with matching funds for a total of $30,000 towards vital advocacy for our clients.
