Emergency Medicaid Waivers
Two emergency Medicaid waivers, Section 1135 and 1915 (c) Appendix K, have been enacted across states since COVID-19.
Currently, all 50 states have a Section 1135 waiver and over half of the states have a 1915 (c) Appendix K waiver, with more states submitting waiver requests each week.
