ADVANCED ELDER LAW REVIEW

Wednesday, May 27 and Thursday, May 28, 2026, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Providing a comprehensive overview of the 14 key specialties essential to elder and special needs law, the Advanced Elder Law Review (AELR) offers rich, substantive content that supports both your practice and your credentialing goals.

2026 NAELA ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Friday, May 29 and Saturday, May 30, 2026, with a Thursday night welcome reception included as part of your registration.

Join us for NAELA’s only in-person national meeting in 2026 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This year's program offers 22 sessions covering timely, practical education.

Topics will include:

  • The Legal Intersection of Criminal Court and Capacity
  • Advocating for Your Medicaid Client Across the Continuum of Care
  • How Soon Is Too Soon to Contact a Litigator?
  • Breaking Down Irrevocable Trusts for Clients

CLE Information

NAELA will be filing for continuing legal education (CLE) credit in all mandatory CLE states. Each state has different rules and regulations, so approvals will vary from state to state, and credit hours will vary. Below are the hours NAELA is requesting for each program.

2026 Advanced Elder Law Review = NAELA is seeking approval for up to 16.8 CLE hours includes 1.0 CLE ethics hour.

2026 AI Workshop = NAELA is seeking approval for up to 9.0 CLE hours includes 1.0 ethics CLE hour. 

2026 NAELA Annual Conference = NAELA is seeking approval for up to 12.0 CLE hours includes 1.0 CLE ethics hour. 

Refund Policy
Cancellations before the early-bird deadline (4/28/26) will be refunded the registration amount minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after 4/28/26; however, complimentary access to all 2026 Annual Conference materials will be provided to all registrants, including those who did not attend in person.
