About My Practice
Much of Hale's practice involves protecting the elderly from would be predators to ensure their personal and financial well-being. Our primary concern is to ensure the quality of life for clients. Through planning and if need be, through litigation the firm has sought to protect the interest of their elderly clients. He has pursued those who have engaged in self-dealing of fiduciaries and recovered large sums stolen from clients. Fortunately, these efforts have enhanced the quality of their lives and help reconcile family relationships.
