The ElderCare Law Firm, Inc. provides estate planning and elder law services with special expertise in asset protection from the cost of long-term care, incapacity, and customized trust-based estate planning.
Mr. Barnes was the 2010-2011 Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Utah Bar, and currently serves as President of the Estate Planning Council of Weber/Davis Counties. Mr. Barnes is one of only three attorneys in Utah that is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.
