As senior counsel at Dyer Bregman & Ferris, PLLC, Bridget’s primary focus is special needs law, including assisting clients with public benefits eligibility issues, personal injury settlement planning, guardianship, conservatorship, and special needs trust drafting and administration. She was previously a Senior Trust Officer of a local corporate trustee. She’s a Certified Elder Law Attorney as certified by the National Elder Law Foundation. Bridget is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. She’s actively involved in national and local organizations including National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys on its Board of Directors and as an Officer, the Special Needs Alliance (former President), and Catholic Community Foundation’s Professional Advisory Board. She holds an undergraduate degree from Notre Dame, law degree and master’s in public administration from ASU.
