With its mission to serve the legal community and establish NAELA members as the premier providers of Special Needs and Elder Law, NAELA’s CareerCenter is an important link between those looking to work in this field and those firms needing talented people. While providing this important link, this site also extends another benefit to NAELA members, a significant savings to post open positions over generic job boards.

Specific to Job Seekers
Job Search and Online Application
Gives job seekers a way to search and apply for positions online and manage their search by “saving jobs” for review later. Job seekers can also email positions to themselves or to a friend, giving the career center additional exposure through viral marketing.
Job seekers can upload a resume and make it available for employers to review, confidentially if they choose, giving the passive job seeker a way to make themselves available for new opportunities as they come up.
Job seekers can upload work samples, references, letters of recommendation or certification, cover letters etc. and make them available for employers to view.
Similar to resume agents, job seekers can create and save a set of job posting criteria for which they are looking and have results sent to the email inbox on a regular basis.
